All prices are in USD. We currently only ship within the United States.
I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 3-5 days for your order to ship out, average delivery times are a total of 4-8 days.
Tracking numbers will be updated after your order has been shipped. If you don't have a tracking number after 5 business days please email us at joey@maskLED.com.
I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee and will replace or give your money back if the product is defective or damaged. We give you 7 days to notify us at joey@maskLED.com for confirmation to send it back to us for replacement or a full refund. You must ship it back at your own expense, once we have received the product we will replace or refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please include name and order number on the returned parcels.
Please note: If you your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a replacement or refund.
Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order before it ships. If the item is already sent please email us at joey@maskLED.com for next steps to get a refund.
I have entered an incorrect shipping address what do I do now?
If you have miss spelled or auto filled in a incorrect shipping address, simply reply to your order conformation or kindly notify us via email at joey@maskLED.com. Please attach your order number. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours or the item has shipped. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission or the item has shipped.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary as we ship from our fulfillment center in northern California. The average shipping delivery time is 4-8 business days.
I can't connect my mask.
1. Make sure your Bluetooth, Location & GPS are on.
2. Connect through the app and not your phone.
3. Make sure the mask is on and not charging.
You can gently hand wash the mask by removing the electronic components.
